The Spanish Bar is a time for the community to come together and see what Mindful Dance Academy is all about. Experience the culture and community with food activities and more. All ages welcome.
There will be:
Traditional Style dance/ stretching.
Nutrition Demos with snack bar
Entreprenurial feedback for businesses minded individuals.
Age specific activities 2-3pm 3-4pm 4-5pm
