HYBRID FALL SESSION
CLASSES BEGIN OCTOBER 5TH!
Due to COVID-19 and the government shut down, we are currently holding a hybrid version of our classes. We miss the MAD family and the opportunity to meet new families and friends! But don’t worry the party must continue because more than ever, now is the time to get healthy to defeat all that is ahead! Our regular classes are hybrid with in-person and virtual options available.
Registration is $25 for individuals and $40 for families up to 4 for the year.

Ms. DezMarie is a college educated tutor with experience as a homeschooling parent. With a degree in Nutrition & Science, she can help students of all grades and subjects.

Dance Classes
Toddler & Me!
Ages 2-4
Let's get those little bodies moving! Parents join in as we do some movement activites for our littles. May involve props. Class is 20 minutes.
Ballet/Jazz
Ages 5-12
Come learn the basics of Ballet and Jazz. All you need are ballet slippers (or bare feet) and a sturdy chair to use as a barre!
Tap
Ages 5-12
Come learn the basics of Tap! You can wear tap shoes or flexible hard sole sneakers! Let's tap, tap, tap together!
Inspirational Movement
Ages 8-12
Learn modern and unconventional types of dancing with this class. Includes lyrical, praise dance, contemporary and modern dance. All you need are your feet!
Hip-Hop
Ages 5-12
Learn the basics of hip-hop movement and flow. Bring your sneakers, attitude, and a-game for this class!
Registration is $25 for individuals and $40 for a family up to 4 for the year!

Dancin' Roots Combo Dance & Tumble
Ages 3-5
We incorporate different colors, numbers, shapes, animals and other themes to engage their imagination and learn the fundamentals.
Stretch & Conditioning
Ages 5-12
Let's keep our bodies feeling free and strong. This class will help loosen those joints and keep our muscles strong and toned for when we’re back in the gym!
Body Shapes & Drills
Ages 5-12
Muscle memory is important, especially when you spend time out of the gym. This class will help you retain your form as we revisit body shapes and drills for skills like cartwheels, front hand springs, and more!
Flippin' Crowns Gymnastics
Ages 5-12
Tumble skills include forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, aerials, front walk overs, back walkovers, front and back handsprings and more!
Phoenix Rising Gymnastics Team

Musical Roots Pre-K Class
Ages 3-5
Using egg shakers and other props, fun rhythmic games and finger play exercises, students will explore the fundamentals of music and American Sign Language. They will also be exposed to various instruments in this fun interactive class!

Learn the basics of skateboarding with Max! You’ll learn its history, how to put a skateboard together, maintenance, cruising, and more!
Intermediate Skateboarding
Ages 5-12
Join us for trick classes with Mr. Brandon! You'll learn how to take your skateboarding skills to the next level with these classes.
